Enjoyed the staff and the hotel. However room service knocked on my room door @ 9:45am which ruined my stay. Check out was at noon and my husband and I were not happy about that at all.

Came in late, the dining area was closed, and the convenience store had a poor selection of items to eat and the things they had were really not eatable once microwaved. Very disappointing after a long flight and nothing to eat for over 8 hours. The other issue was breakfast. The cost was horribly high I thought. $ 2.50 for one apple that is ridiculous. But it was a Starbuck so I should know to expect that.
