I was at the hotel for business, the internet went down all day on Friday and no acknowledgement or accommodation was made for my inconvenience. I lost a whole day of work. The manager did not even suggest he would help fix the issue. Not to mention, my screen door was broken, heat was poor (and it was COLD), and my room was semi- clean. I’m not a fan of this place and hopefully will never have to back. Shame on you Marriott.

Hi, The staff were very good when trying to address my issue related to not having heat in my room, 1228. I moved my large amount of luggage to another room 1203 only to find out that this room didn’t have heat either. Their very nice mechanic came x2, thinking it was the boiler. He said anywhere they move me would be the same situation, front desk suggested I move to a different floor. After some time I was brought a small heater and blankets which was wonderful. The concern is the no heat & having to move rooms .
