Staff were not friendly at all; cordial, but not friendly or welcoming. Half the time they were in the phone and more invested on the caller than on their guests standing in front of them. I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels and this was very disappointing.

It was my First visit to the Hotel. The orientation about the key and elevator was not provided and we thought we were stockat 3rd floor, so another client told us what to do. The 1st room, the bathroom was leaking and the toilet was not funtioning. The second room did not have the bottles full with their contents, no paper toilet or tisúes, no fridge. Bath tube drainge was slow, it almost bécame a swimming pool. Poor amount of water coming out the sink to wash our mouth and face. Very sad with the Customer Service.

Not the best night.
Was only there for a very short overnight stop. 11:30 -04:30 due to early flight out. Arrived at 11:40, first key didn’t work, issued a new room; key didn’t work in the lift. Issued 3rd room and had to wait for security to escort me to make sure I could get in. All went well, fell asleep exhausted at midnight only to be woken up by security at the door saying that the front desk had sent him; something about a wrong name. I had pre-paid, was exhausted and surely this could have waited until the morning. Also the shuttle sounded terrible like the clutch was slipping,

Worst hotel stay I usually love double tree
Checked in room wasn’t cleaned,opened drawers to put away clothes and they fell apart. Went to use pull out couch for children no bedding in the room was asked to wait till the next day because they forgot when bedding arrived the next day laid on bed and fell through as it wasn’t secured microwave was unplugged I plugged it in and it sparked all but 2 staff members at front desk were pretty rude.i love double tree this location however I would never stay at again
