The tub drain was broken off and the toaster wouldnt stay down other than that I loved the room and luckily it was near the elevators The staff was very friendly

Upon checkin we couldn’t locate any staff. Once we did get checked in, we couldn’t get any blankets for our pull out couch. We also couldn’t get any creamer for our coffee or tea. Our room was supposed to have a bathtub shower combo. for the kids, we only had a shower. On our second evening we ran out of toilet paper and towels. We called to the desk three times, never replenished. We went and grabbed toilet paper and towels from the pool area. Around bedtime, our neighbors started smoking marijuana, and we went to the desk to see if the hotel would get the natter cleared up. Our room filled with smoke. The woman at reception checked us out of our room and gave us key cards to a new room on the other side of the hotel. We declined, as it was 11pm and the kids were sleeping. She told us to move or go home. It took us 90 minutes to pack and move, but at least we had toilet paper. Hotel said they would call expedia and get back to us with a partial refund, but they never did.

Great night away
Stayed one night on a Saturday. Originally 1st room was next to very noisy couple, requested room change and they changed our room immediately to an even better room and gave us some waters and peanut chews :). Room was very clean. Got in hot tub before bed and it was relaxing. Got up and worked out in the well equipped gym followed by the hot tub and breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay again.
