Last minute reservation. Late check in was very easy and the upgrade to the Club Level was a fabulous touch. My daughter attends Drexel so I will definitely be back!

Not Happy With Accounting Department
Hotel was clean; my issue isn't the cleanliness as much as it was with checking out and your account dept. When I checked in Feb. 17th I was told there needed be $100 for any incidentals and it was taken from my DEBIT card; upon checkout and being told it would return 5-7 business days.. NOTHING! Checked into accounting and the person made it seem like I was lying and I called back after checking my statements, you guys wouldn't put me through..I thought I would be able to refer others but after this mistreatment and the loss and non-return of my money, I will not...$100 seem minor, but if I didn't use anything to warrant you taking anything out, it should have been put back on my card in its entirety but it wasn't 😡
