The place needs help. or it will close,
The place was bad.. Had to wait to check in for 15 minutes, nobody at the front counter, I do not know what was going on. Room was bad. asked for different room, said they were full ????? I counted a total of 12 cars in the lot that night. The hallway floors were full of pieces of paper and dirt every were, The elevator floor was full of lquid, not sure what it was. I do not think it was from the pool. The smell of pot, weed, was in the air, And yes I know what pot, weed, smells like. It was very strong in the mornning, not sure where is coming from. Tryed to check out in the morning and no one was at the front counter again. I just left the room key the keyboard, We stayed there six weeks ago at in seemed ok then. I do not know what is going on there but it was bad this time.

The property was very run down and very unclean. The hot tub did not work. The room smelled very bad and there were blood stains on the curtain and a poop stain on the sheets. Would not recommend or stay here again

What i like Abt Wingate Wyndham chandler Az is the hospitality from the front desk clerks and the room service. They are all polite and make sure your needs are met and you enjoy your stay ..thanks Leanne and Ashley 👍
