Hotel was clean and well kept. Food concession folks were very friendly, quick to help, and had a sense of humor...great! Minor points: - Plastic toilet seat was loose - Labels on shampoo / hair conditioner/bodywash bottles too small to read....didn’t know which one we were using. Thsnks.

Give me the hotel confirmation # please
I booked the room through Hotels.com. Saved some money against a corporate rate, which was great. However, the reservation was not tied to my Marriott/Bonvoy account. Without a Marriot/Bonvoy confirmation number, I can't check into the hotel through the Bonvoy app. I spent about 30 minutes trying to track down my Marriott confirmation number so I could actually check into the hotel through the Bonvoy app, Gotta tell you - the experience was so annoying that I would rather pay the extra $80 per night to be able to check in by booking the room through Marriott. If you guys fix this problem, I'm all in - I'll give up my night credits with Marriott to save $80. But if you can't fix this problem so I can actually check in without hassle because you provide me the Marriott confirmation number in addition to the Hotels.com itinerary confirmation number, I'm out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our toilet was plugged first thing and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Very best thing is hotel is literally across from Sloan Park ball field!!!
