The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast option of a "to go" bag was disappointing, and actually wasteful because it had a number of items we did not eat. I'd suggest either a regular breakfast offering or no offering.

Toilet seat extremely loose, wifi connection so poor that it said "No Internet". Could not use wifi. Coffee pot had used coffee packet still in maker and had not been cleaned. Room had an odor. Room only had 1 regular coffee packet and 1 decaf. I don't drink decaf. Had to go back downstairs to get another coffee packet.

The front desk staff are absolutely fantastic!! The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. I would stay here again. Note-fan in the bathroom did not work & room was dark, more lighting would be nice.

The hotel was just okay. For whatever reason the main halls and the room itself were dimly lit. The door often only opened after a couple to several tries despite having the correct key. The bed headboard to one of the beds looked like it needed to be reolaced; and the main light in the room had a bulb out. I wouldn't say it was poor; but it was far from excellent.

No staff when arriving, no breakfast as stated , a couch in the suite you would not let your dog on. barking dog 3 rooms down towel bar ripped off wall only 2 towels for 3 night stay.
