I loved the location close to the Convention Center where I attended a conference. The walk to the Center gave me plenty of exercise to counteract the sitting in the conference. A lovely room and lovely hotel. Lots of eateries close by giving lots of choices.

Pros - Walkable to many things and places to eat. Very comfy bed, great pillows, nice blankets. Cons - Parking a block away isn’t ideal, especially for someone like myself who happens to be handicapped. The girl at the front desk when checking in was all business but she got the job done and took care of us just fine. I wish the windows in the room could’ve opened to get fresh air. Overall, not bad. I would stay here again but I would probably look for something with more convenient parking if you have mobility issues. Very clean and quiet hotel.

The staff were nice. They kept my luggage until time for check in. Unfortunately, they didn’t clean lobby so dog feces was on my luggage wheels. I had to clean my own luggage and ask for my room to be cleaned. This was a huge inconvenience. I informed the front desk clerk. Manager never spoke to me and nothing was done for my inconvenience.

Great spot downtown
Easy location downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice little bar/cafe/coffee shop. Beds super comfortable. Room well laid out. We needed more pillows and housekeeping was very sweet. Breakfast is phenomenal. Cage free eggs, great coffee, cereals, bacon, fruit, toast...Really blew us away. I will definitely continue to stay at hyatt places when traveling.

It was our anniversary and decided to do a stay cation. The Hyatt place was a great hotel!! Everything was as expected when you stay at the Hyatt. We would recmmend staying there and will be returning again!!
