Loved this property. All staff were so courteous and helpful. Pool was excellent, breakfast buffet was extensive and good, bed was comfortable and room was quiet and spacious. Gym was clean and well maintained. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and just a few blocks to Patong Beach. Coming back to the pool felt like an oasis of calm in the midst of the very busy area. Highly recommend.

Quite disappointed, because 1. I requested to bring toothbrush twice, but staff did not bring. Eventually I went to take by myself. 2. Staff did not set gown on second day. When I checked out, front desk staff suspected that I stole it and asked many questions importunately.

The hotel is convenient and has great facilities. The breakfast buffett has a wide range and the staff are always friendly. Varen at the reception deserves special mention - she is always so cheerful and helpful. What a wonderful experience!
