Filthy and they said they don’t have a housekeeper daily. Rude and uninterested staff. We went to a different hotel.

Room was filthy, no lock on the door to the room. There were no trash and in the room or bathroom. Floor was filthy and not been mopped in God knows how long. Property is very run down. Bed mattress and huge dips in them and you can’t sleep in them. Freezer in the room was filthy and never cleaned. Trash around the beds in the room. Property advertises continental breakfast and they have nothing. No towels in the pool area. Housekeeping came in and took all the room towels and never left any, we had to go to front desk at night asking for towels. Property was horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!

So I would not recommend the hotel the staff was very rude my reservation got canceled before I arrived by them had to redo my reservation went with friends and their room had cockroaches behind the tv when reported the maintenance refused to do anything so receptionist said she would handle it we came back two hours later and nothing was done she just transferred the room it was cockroach free but still very dirty no breakfast at all during our stay when it says free breakfast there was a party next to my room when I went to office around 9:30 to make a complaint they were closed and didn’t do anything when called the fridge in the matter of a day froze all my food and drinks the only way to turn the fridge down was with a tool the floors were dirty and sticky when checking out I got a dirty look after the receptionist was done giving the customer infront of me major attitude because he asked for more towel’s because none of the room had towels just hand towels and insisted she had already gave him towels a few days prior and refused to give him more staff very lazy and avoid the pool it was packed with locals who live in area more than anything if you can i recommend avoiding this hotel AVOID AVOID AVOID the area however is very beautiful

When checking in, the woman at the front desk had some attitude. When the place advertised free breakfast, that was a lie, there was nothhing being made the entire time of our stay. The rooms were somewhat clean, and the fridge it froze everything, you couldnt turn it down. There was only hand towels, or the towels you use for the floor. We had to go out and get towels to use for the shower/pool. When we checked the first room there was roaches behind the dresser where the tv sits, when we asked the front desk to check, i dont believe she did. Instead she offered a second room which was better. The floors in the rooms are sticky and not all that clean. The hotel is okay for a one or two night stay passing through. I would not recommend it for an entire week. The only bonus was walking distance to the titantic museum. And another thing they close the front desk at a certian time, so what happens if you need something, you have to call a number to get what you want. I dont think thats right because then you gotta wait for someone to come down. And they lock all the doors so you cant check in if your coming in after 8:30pm. I feel like if your gonna advertise the breakfast, the least you could do is provide free breakfast. Instead of making people having to go else where or go to a grocery store just to get food, cause this hotel false advertises.

We got there to check in n and noone was there. We called the number on the door and they said shnd credit card info with ID and we'll TRY to get someone there to let you in AFTER reserving it 2 weeks ahead of time!!!
