Satisfying Stay
Room was well appointed and clean. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Shower water pressure was great . Bed was a little hard but the pillows were nice. All in all happy with our stay. Bonus is the proximity to PPG Arena for hockey games.

Disgusting. Dirty glasses left on window and shelf. Clearly not cleaned very well. Pretty expensive room for this

I didn’t like how much it cost to park. But I loved the overall experience. Texting my phone to see if I needed anything was very cool! And the property was nice. Wish the exhaust fans worked in the bathrooms (unless it was just mine) because everything got so steamy and wet. But I will definitely be back.

The hotel location next to PPG Paints arena was prime. Nice staff, pool, large room, food. All these great things are overshadowed by no hot water in shower. Zero hot water.
