The stay was good, beds are comfortable. I guess the hotel is pet friendly because there was a barking dog in the next room over. Would bark everytime it heard someone.

Great trip, not counting this hotel experience
I thought the workers seemed very uninterested and did not give the appearance of wanting to be there. From the lady at the front desk and the guy on the phone from calling to the front desk, none of them seemed to care too much about providing good customer service. It's one thing to not like your job, but it's another to be bad at it. Then my room didn't even have hand soap.... really? For as expensive as the room was, it shouldn't have been lacking in any areas, especially this one. I will stay elsewhere next time!

There was a dried stain of white liquid on our headboard . When we checked in and checked out there was a long wait as staff was not available at the desk - the restaurant closed early and there was no room service . They also told us parking was free and later charged us to leave the parking lot.
