Quiet Hilltop Bungalow Take Train to Acrisure Stadium PNC Park Stage AE & Casino

Nestled in the quiet, family friendly neighborhood of Beechview is this comfortable 3 bedroom 1 bath home close to the T line that will take you directly to the stadiums, concert venues and casino!!

Upon entering the house you’ll find a bench to remove your shoes and hooks to hang your coat. The first floor boasts high ceilings and gorgeous original built ins and trim work. There is seating for five in the living room as well as a smart tv with Netflix for you to enjoy. Just off of the living-room is the dining room with seating for six. To complete the first floor you’ll find the kitchen just off of the dining room which is equipped with basic cooking tools, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
From the kitchen guests can go downstairs to the basement to do some laundry or head to the backyard where we have a small two person bistro dining set.

Heading up the beautiful wooden staircase guests will find the bathroom equipped with towels, body soap and toilet paper. There are two spacious bedrooms with beautiful natural light that pours in the sizable windows. The small third bedroom also enjoys a large window with natural light and a cozy upholstered twin daybed.

The upstairs hall closet and basement closets are the only spaces on the property that are off limits. Please make yourself at home!

Please note as you’ll find in most Pittsburgh neighborhoods this home is on a hill and has two flights of steps to enter from the on street parking

Graduation Celebrations
We came to Pittsburgh to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college. The property was close proximity to many things! It was a great place for us to stay while we were in town.

False advertising!!!
Absolutely disgusting. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. The photos were strategically taken to conceal flaws and inconsistencies. It’s unsanitary and a health hazard. There were tangible suggestive stains on my bedsheets! Dishes were stored as if they’re ready for use, not a single dish was clean! There’s food still on utensils, lipstick and chapstick remnants on glasses, coffee inside mugs! This home is run by slobs. Basic hygiene isn’t being practiced in this unit. The toilet doesn’t flush properly, you have to hold the handle down. For what I paid, this is just unacceptable. The linens in the living room were riddled with stains too. Aside from the filth, the tv is advertised as a smart tv and it isn’t! It’s a flat screen plugged into a wall with no connections indicating it has smart tv capabilities. The single tv for the entire unit and it wasn’t even in working order. I have seen dorm rooms in better condition!!! Do not book!!!! Fight for a refund like I will be doing.
