Let me preface: I tend to only write POSITIVE reviews but, in an attempt to save another family from our experience, let me just say: skip this hotel. You can either spend a little bit more and get a phenomenal place or spend less and stay at a smaller chain. There are too many other choices nearby the stadiums to waste resources on this place. Understaffed, very limited amenities for the price, and our room was flat out filthy. It grossed me out. Our tub didn’t drain - which explains why the room smelled of excessive mold & mildew. We were next to the elevator bank - only further highlighted by the whooshing noises we got to listen to all night (speaking of: for a hotel this size and having 5 elevators, there was ALWAYS a wait for the elevator). There’s one small coffee shop in the lobby and I felt so bad for the ONE employee they had working on a sold out Saturday morning. Line was a mile long and the in-room machine was broke so, pick your poison? My bed was hard as a rock and our kids’ was soft and fluffy. We had to rock-paper-scissors to see who got to sleep on the wooden mattress. Let’s see, what else? Oh, the curtains don’t close completely so hopefully waking up at sunrise is in the cards for you. Finally, don’t think you’ll get the junior suite in the photo on Travelocity. The pic showed a wall separating the beds from the living area/tv area. Suffice to say we didn’t get that and it made spending $$ on the suite null.

The check in process was interrupted by computer issues which caused us to store our bags in our vehicles and go about our evening. Upon returning to the hotel we were advised that our paid for reserved rooms were given to other people due to a computer glitch that occurred during the original computer issue, and since we were not there all of the rooms were assigned on a first come first serve basis regardless of prior reservation or payment. In addition to being out our original payment and our 5 reserved rooms, we had also paid for parking for the night for 3 vehicles in a local garage which we no longer needed as we were forced to drive several hundred miles home through the night.

The bathtub was extremely slippery. There should be a rubber mat or some kind of adhesive strips inside the tub to prevent a fall while standing. Apart from that complaint, we enjoyed our stay.
