The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed in building 19, and Javier did a great job cleaning our room and providing fresh towels every Day. We loved the shower, very spacious and great water pressure.
The food was the same every day, but a good variety of options. Personally, I prefer the food to be cooked with less salt and oil. Some of the staff in the buffet area were very helpful, but some were not friendly and quite rude. For example, one particular guy making omelets was very rude and didn’t even cook the eggs well and responded very rude when we asked for what we wanted. We were not rude and said please and thank you, not sure what his problem was. We took our food and some of us just didn’t eat the omelette because it was that bad. Then the guy that was serving the area we sat at, we asked for coffee and was cold and never brought the hot milk we asked for, and we would have gotten it ourselves, but there wasn’t any place to get it from. On the other hand, some of them were just very helpful and very pleasant, just a joy to deal with. We went for a wedding and had a great time. We were a large group, so minor inconveniences didn’t get in the way of us having a great time. The hotel was nice enough for the price we paid. At check in, we were greeted by a very nice guy that gave us a tour and explained everything to us and he was very helpful. Personally, I wouldn’t go back, but only because there are so many other places to explore.
