Nice room with a full kitchen but...
We had to find a hotel room due to a bed bug issue we had at another hotel. We found a Premium room (500+sf) at this condo. Good: - Comes with a full kitchen - Bed was comfortable - Good size room with a large balcony - Room came with a desk to work - Two sinks in the bathroom Not so good: - Very thin wall. You can hear everything from next door. I had a hard time sleeping at night due to rather noisy sound. - Shower has no door, has only a very small partition, making all the water flooded on the floor - Deep cooking pan would be nice. We only had frying pans in three sizes. The area is kind of "upscale" with all the nice condo's. I would stay in a different area of town next time where I can visit more local restaurants and street vendors (where our previous hotel was - more like the west side of town).

Just Okay
The room was on the smaller side so I felt claustrophobic however it was comfortable. Although there were plates and cutlery for 2 in the kitchenette there was only one small pot and a couple of fry pans. There were no water pitchers or bowls. The bathroom was a nice size however the ceiling had many large water stains and perhaps some mold starting so maintenance is a requirement. The roof top pool has very limited sun, only 4 lounge chairs, 3 beds and the rest of the area is table and chairs and bar stools. I thought it was a poor design with much wasted space especially since there were many people. Many nights I was woken by people talking in the halls and people in the unit above me walking as everything is cement and echoed. During the day there was construction noise across the street, a large dog barking, loud music, band practice and kids yelling from the school across the street. At night the dog barked, cars blared music and car's drove fast; there was often loud electronic music where you could usually only hear the banging/thumping sound. I enjoy sitting on the balcony during the day so that is one of the reasons I would not return to this condominium. As a solo traveller it is nice when you come in from grocery shopping and the front staff open the two doors for you however there was only 1 staff that did this for me. During early evenings they did not even look up as they were too busy staring at their cell phones. A greeting would have been nice and welcoming

Excellent place
Staff are excellent. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and most speak quite well in English which makes it easy to communicate. Location is close to grocery stores- Walmart is 5 minute walk. Fifth avenue is 5 minute walk.

The location was near many conveniences whether it be restaurants ,grocery stores or discount stores. Staff were very accommodating and happy to answer any questions. Rooms were well equipped and clean! We will definately be back ! .

The property itself is very nice. Rooftop area is beautiful / nice to place to chill and relax. There is music playing, which I was fine with as it was a chill mix but some may not like it. There seem to be some amenities that were under construction as well on the rooftop like the gym area. The water in the sauna tub was not hot, it was in the shade most of the day so water was rather cool. Walking distance to 5th Avenida and many authentic restaurants nearby (Casa Ceviche is across the street - good food but expensive). Unfortunately there was rather loud construction going on across the road which may occur for some time as they are constructing a whole apartment building. If you can get a room on the other side of the building it would be less noisy I think. Couldn't hear the construction on the rooftop however. There was loud music playing late at night by a couple of the restaurants nearby as well but they didn't play passed 11pm. Room was very clean and had all we needed. Front desk person could have been a bit more friendly. Didn't give us the code for wifi in the room even after we asked how to connect, just gave us the one for reception. Tried to call down to ask what it was but phone was not working so had to go all the way back down. When we advised reception that we tried to phone down he just said 'must not be working' and that was it. Overall it was a decent place to stay.
