This downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room/kitchenette, large outside dining area complete with large grill, and a mini putt putt area for some beachside fun. There is 1 king sized bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, and pull-out queen sized sofa bed, sleeping 6 comfortably. Complete with linens, beach chairs & towels, cooler, bocce, sand toys, boogie board, fishing poles, and more. All you need to bring is the relaxation and fun!

Short getaway
This rental should be advertised as a walkout basement unit. The owners were not polite or helpful to our guest, instead of directing to the basement rental, just told them no one was home through their ring doorbell. The solar path lights didn't all work, the outgrill area was not clean, the was old and barely lit, the exhaust fan doesn't work over the grill, the lights over the grill and grill area didn't work. The screened in porch screens were caked with dirt and grime, the door is missing from the screened in porch,,,, not screened in then. The outdoor shower has a shower head that doesn't work, the sprayarm wand did, but there wasn't a holder for it to washoff from the beach, so it was used to clean feet only. I walked out the door into a wave of water from the owners topside either dumping used water or watering plants, I'm not sure but it was uncalled for. Also kinda creepy with cameras watching. We hand washed everything before use in the kitchen, nothing was cleaned from prior renters. Then the topper was sitting on our last night enjoying the evening outside on the patio,,, and Rats 🐀 come out from the flower beds, didn't see that listed in the advertising. Other than the convenience to the beach itself,,, this was a bad experience. Someone needs to take a hard look at this dated basement rental, and the owners need to be a better host, this was not a cheap rental, we expected better conditions and treatment. I noticed the last publish review is March,,,,, the place has been rented alot more since,,,, I'm guessing they had the same experience. Sorry I couldn't write a good review.

Fun in the not so sun
Came for the Players Championship but brought the young kids to enjoy the beach. Even though the weather was cold, miserable, and rainy the kiddos had a ball playing putt putt at the house and collecting shells. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and was a great house for family togetherness. My only negative comment was the king sized bed made lots of noise when you roll over. My husband is a fish out of water when he sleeps so therefore I heard every move he made. Otherwise it was a great stay and we had a ball.

This is the best beach-front property for a family…. Steps away to the sand, mini golf, spacious, clean, all the beach toys, and more! We could not have been happier. It was so hard to leave!

Perfect! Sister Thanksgiving Weekend.
Situated on the beach, this home is ~7 miles from St Augustine the perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. We loved that house had ample sliding doors allowing the sounds of the ocean to come right in. There was one area on the beach where the conch shells could be found. Each morning I watched the sunrise over the ocean, it was magical. We ventured into St Augustine and enjoyed the Foundtion of Youth, Night of Lights Cruise, and other historical tours. No shortage of great restaurants: Caps On The Water is very close and after a tradition Thanksgiving meal we also enjoyed Columbia on Saturday. The property owners (managers) are delightful and very respectful of your privacy. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home with us!
