I never leave a bad/ok review, check in was ok, nice clerk, hotel is more of an extended stay, it was rock fest week. All hotels were booked. Was woken up at 3am from headboard banging from the room above us! Walls are very thin. My bed sheets had black hair everywhere. Room stayed cool, very spacious. Very plain, at check out the clerk and manager were arguing manger didn’t say a word to us, the clerk apologized. When I got home I noticed my card was charged multiple times amounts varied from $5 to over $200 Called the hotel all they could say is not sure why that happened. Hotel.com contacted them also. I was refunded the money they charged me. Beware.

The property is new, clean and smells nice. The GM was very kind and welcoming. The only downsides were the little things you'd expect to find that were missing, such as: blowdryer, hangers in the closet, a safe, housekeeping or any utensils at all in the kitchen. Theres a full kitchenette but we couldnt even get a plastic fork. The area is nice and the stay was overall pleasant.

Nice rooms. Mattress is firm and not good for loud activities. No curtains so bright morning. Amazing AC. Inconsistent hot showers. A good kitchenette.
