Was not aware there is a $10 parking fee with a parking ticket needing to be validated at the front desk each time used. Very inconvenient always having to keep track of a current, validated parking ticket to get your car out of the lot.

The electronic gate didn’t work 1/2 the time, & staff didn't seem to know what to do. Parking spaces are too tight…my rental car got a 2” door ding from someone hitting/opening their own door into my car. I have to pay for it! I stayed here because it’s a Hilton property, and I’m a honors member. The hotel itself was fine with the exception of the noise, the gate problem and my door ding.
