Porto is an amazing city. This hotel is very conveniently located on the Douro River. It's about a 20 minute walk from the Luis I bridge. It's very comfortable and the staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is really good, I fell in love with their espresso machine. I would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was beautiful, the room was also nice and comfortable and the staff were friendly, professional and super helpful. Wonderful stay. Wish I would have gotten a room upgrade and the VIP amenities and unfortunately the sky bar was closed so I could never have the bridge view but the location and again the friendly staff were very accommodating with my breakfast and my experience was smooth.

Lights in room didn’t work because main card control at door was falling off wall. Maintenance person came and said it works if you wiggle it. Zero water out of the shower. Dripping noise in the ceiling all night.
