I probably didn't see this in the fine print after booking and paying in full ahead of time with Expedia, but there was as additional resort fee of $25 that I had to pay upon check in. Considering the TV didn't work, none of the ice machines worked and no one was at the front desk most of the time, not sure what that paid for. Also, I tried to book with the hotel directly, but the website said they had no availability. But actually, the place was mostly vacant.

The front desk lady told us the hotel was booked and no rooms available so I went on Expedia and booked a room. Not sure why lady would say no rooms available but that was not the truth. I would very stay here again but we needed a room after driving 12 hrs and very exhausted. I call that terrible customer service.

The check in was very bad! No body at the front desk we had to che at a sister casino. Bathroom look liked it wasn’t cleaned. There was coffysppts on the bathroom floor.
