This unique condo has a style all its own. Located at DePasquale Plaza in the heart of Federal Hill and directly across from the landmark Italian market, Venda Ravioli. Freshly renovated, you will find granite countertops, central air, smart TV’s in each room, high speed internet, king and queen size beds and a huge beautiful walk in tile rainforest shower. Walk to the best restaurants, events at the AMP center and the ever popular Waterfire events. This condo offers it all!
The space
The first floor offers an open floor plan with the kitchen, family and dining room as well as the designated work space. Second floor has the full bathroom with walk in tiled shower and 2 good sized bedrooms with amazing views, great closet space, smart tv's and dressers. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to condo.

There is designated parking off premises about 1 block away.

Everything was as expected! Area is very vibrant and fun, could be a little loud for young kids but worked great for us. If we find ourselves back in Providence, we will stay there again.
