Most of the staff were so incredibly helpful. Especially Hilly outside at the beach area! He was there for us every day and gave us lots of fun activities to do. The private boat tour he recommended was incredible! The property was very clean. Food was great. Room was very nice. They were doing a lot of construction around the property.

I loved this resort…. Not crowded, laid back, and so beautiful. I loved eating breakfast each day at the dunes overlooking the beach. The food was amazing. The room was also way bigger than I thought it would be. I will definitely be back. It was perfect! ❤️

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The best part is that the reef is right in front of the hotel and you can borrow snorkel equipment. The only positive is the dining options, aside from continental breakfast, were not great. Food was not quality and we didn't feel great when we ate it.

Property is out of the main area & the beach is very small. Staff is there but not really happy about it. Our room was clean but small. In order to get the restaurants & shops it is a taxi ride away & once in town not easy to get a taxi back. Took the bikes out & the lock broke & the staff was not very accommodating or concerned with what happened. Used the spa & they have to send someone from outside & the service was not great - there was no music & the shower was cold. The food service was the same at the 2 places on the property nothing fantastic & only one restaurant close within walking distance a taco place. It is not worth the money.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The day beds are comfy and the towels are changed daily. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Omar was very attentive to us by the pool and beach taking our orders for drinks/ foods. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and bathrooms are extra clean. The receiptionists are always eager to help with a smile and to be of any assistance. Our room was upgraded halfway through the vacation which was a very pleasant surprise. As Expedia VIP members, we were upgraded to ocean front suite. Those rooms are breathtaking and feel like an apartment. Everyone at the hotel was kind and happy to help. We will definitely be returning to the Windsong.
