The size is just right if you enjoy a more personal stay. Stadd are very friendly and gelpful, the rooms are cleaned well daily. The only thing that i did not like is there is no elevators.

Belgica Ortiz is an idiot. She arranged for me to get to the airport TOO LATE. Costing me thousands of dollars to buy new plane tickets. You would think you can trust someone’s knowledge that works in guest services. But apparently not.

Advertise room service- they do not offer it. Offer garden view- is not a garden view. Food was not great. Staff unwilling to help & look like they despise their job. I wish I would have paid the extra for newer resort.

My experience at Viva heavens was horrendous right from the start. I scheduled pick up from the airport directly with Viva, they were very quick to take payment, but when it came time that my flight arrived not one person at the hotel knew what was going on with my pickup nor really cared about it. I was coming from a temperature of 20°F at my home location to 90°F on the scorching heat with a winter Jacket on my side I had to wait over an hour in those conditions. My girlfriend arrived an hour before me, and asked at the front desk if they knew what was going on with my pickup and she was treated with a condescending attitude from Keisilvelly whose immediate response to my girlfriend was “well we don’t deal with that here”. After my long wait and several phone calls I was able to get in contact with the driver who was supposed to be there before my flight arrived I made it to the hotel and had to deal with Belgica Ortiz and her her poor costumer service and very sassy attitude. This hotel is very small and is very difficult to get reservations for the a la carta restaurants, the food is below average with the exception of Blend, every plate there was delicious the rest of the staff was overall very welcoming cheerful and overall pleasant to be around I’d love to thank Benedicta once I saw my situation wasn’t being fixed I requested a supervisor she came to the rescue was very polite and solved all my issues on the spot I’m not sure I’ll go back to Viva heavens but Benedicta
