The All-Inclusive buffet was amazing. They did a great job having options for everyone. It wasn't all top notch, but how could you and feed that many people?! They did a great job. The "please don't flush toilet paper" was strange to us, understandable though if the infrastructure can't handle it. There was an "adult only" portion of the resort, we were right on the line. There was a bit of loud music coming from the beach/pool area every night - not great for people that are early risers. That was probably the biggest complaint. The A/C also stopped working one night, but they fixed it - minus the sewage/rotten egg smell that was emitted from it. They tried to clean it up as best they could. The staff was great!!

The ocean water was dark and had lots of seed weed and rubish in it. My wife stepped on an automobile part, which was metal. The table in the fish restaurant which we were eating in collapsed on one side and all the wine glasses fell on our clothes. Ruining them. No one apologized or offered to pay for them.

There was no hot water in showers. I booked 3 rooms and none had hot water. The bathroom smelled like urine. Very dated resort. Vanity broken tile busted. Staff was amazing and the ala carte restaurant were good. Not Alot to do at the resort. Night time entertaining on weekend was good.

Property was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. The buffet was average - what I had expected. The seafood a la carte restaurant was excellent. I would recommend this resort.
