My husband and i felt this way noway a 5 star hotel. Butler took us to our room and gave us phone number to contact him for anything needed. Phone number didnt work , called front desk for things we needed. Never seen our butler once. Never had pool service or beach service for drinks, had to go to pool swimup or bars. The water was murky. No snorkeling or clear Caribbean water. Lots of vines in water bottom. Staff not very pleasant unless we ingaged conversation. More staff pointing at other workers telling them how and what to do infront of guests. Then stand and watch them. Very unprofessional. Room key failed 3 times had to walk to front lobby to get new. Never got dinner reservations we wanted. Always full. Not much English speaking. This is our 15th all inclusive and this was worst 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. will say if you was peacefulness and small resort this was nice. The bahia principe villa stores were not consistent opened. Had an upgrade letter and gave up a 2 bed handicap room.

Very disappointed, most staff were unfriendly, EVERY bar ran out the 3 different types of alcohol we drink by our 2nd day, there’s no mini bar in the room, just 2 shooters of whiskey and rum which we don’t drink and there’s definitely no late check out. There are certain things I expect when I pay for it… never again at this resort.
