One of the best all inclusive resorts everyone was very nice and polite all restaurants on site were amazing . Staff was also very nice and helpful when trying to find activities and things to do . Every time I come to punta cana this will be the hotel I go to.

This was our second time visiting this lovely resort on Bavaro beach in Punta Cana. We had an amazing week of perfect weather. The ocean was wonderful too. When paying the reasonable price charged by this resort, one should not expect a 5 star place and it’s not. However, the rooms, cleanliness and beach really are. What could use improvement is the food…which is just ok. One needs to look around for what the want to eat in the buffet restaurant. The reservation restaurants offer much better fare. Also, the servers are mostly pleasant and helpful with a few exceptions who don’t seem to like their jobs…I think that’s typical anywhere. A smile, a small gratuity and a thank you go a long way toward making that experience better. The best thing about the Caribe Princess is the spotless appearance of the place. There is never a leaf out of place, sand on the walkway or dirt in the room. The staff does an exceptional job of keeping it that way. The ice cream shop and coffee bar are a lovely touch as is the beautiful walk between the rooms and the lobby area where nature and animals remind you of the way the Dominican Republic was before all the development of the Punta Cana resort area. We will return again!

The buffet was great! Lots of options, with different variety each night. Nice scenery and maintained. Service was average, a couple very friendly staff but most weren’t overly friendly. Everyday you were harassed by their “travel agency”. After a couple days we told one of the guys that we weren’t interested and he was rude to us and continued to follow us to harass us. We then avoided areas he was the rest of the trip. And because of that and the lack of friendliness we would not return to this location.
