We absolutely loved this property. The hotel staff greeted us upon our arrival and went up and beyond my expectations. They surprised my husband for his birthday with a balloon bouquet and birthday cake in our room!! The food was delicious as were the drinks. We played a round of golf at the Cocotel course which was very nice.We enjoyed our stay very very much and we’ll definitely return.

This hotel was overall very very nice. The staff was very kind, sweet, knowledgeable, helped with all of your needs. We didn’t have to wait for tables, drinks, or any other service. They even came to the pool and offered drinks. The rooms were very nice and clean and big. The ocean was also very clean and beautiful. We were able to go to the other hotels attached to this one for food and drinks. We really enjoyed sitting at the beach or pool, and having the waiters come to us and ask if we needed anything. The staff Was so nice at all of the restaurants. I did have an issue with my toilet running, I called the room service and they had somebody upstairs within 15 minutes to fix it. I would highly recommend this restaurant. If I had to say anything that was a four-star, I would say the food was just par. The best food was at the steakhouse , or if somebody in the buffet grilled or made you breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again.
