LIKED - The service and staff were very friendly and helpful overall, and professional. really enjoyed the personal butler to assist you with question or booking reservations for dinner, and just to check in on us. I liked how on check in there was someone to give you a general tour of the property. The facility was very clean! SUGGESTIONS - I wish there was better signage for restaurant names and directions, we went to the wrong place (Sea &See instead Seaside) got our food and ready to sit and eat then the staff said we were at the wrong restaurant and we had to return our plates… we did not even know there were TWO restaurants on the beach. So that was embarrassing and awkward. Also, the QR code they advised us to use takes us to a link where restaurants are for Magestic Elegance while we were staying at Mirage… so how were we supposed to know? That said, food overall was okay.. some good some meh some saltyyyy (Italian pasta and soup was SO SALTY!) Would have also liked that the cabana sheets and pillows on our swim up deck could/should be washed before guest use- lots stains. And curtains clips were broken too. So couldn’t really pull blinds. Lots of limestone mildew on the jacuzzi jets too. But overall it was relaxing. And we appreciated the free upgrade in room.

We LOVED the Majestic Mirage! We were on our honeymoon and had the most wonderful time! The resort is gorgeous and SO clean and well kept. The staff is super friendly and fun! The rooftop jacuzzi room was fabulous. The pools are clean and the beach is beautiful. Our butler, Jose Jacobs, was wonderful and welcoming when we arrived. He scheduled a romantic beach dinner for us that was perfect. He was so fun and helpful the whole time. Juan the pool concierge was so sweet, fun and friendly! We looked forward to seeing him every day! Omar Deusi and Fernadito were SO much fun at the swim up bar by building 7! We had a great time with them!!! The drinks, service and company were always fantastic!!!! The food at the restaurants and coffee at the cafe were great. I’ve been to a number of all inclusive resorts but this was our favorite.

Our stay at Majestic Mirage was exceptional, my husband and I were blown away by this resort. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and nicely kept, we opted for a pool side room, which was completely worth every penny!! Our butler Jose Jacobs made sure we were well taken care of, including making reservations for dinner, arranging a spa day for our entire party and pointing us to Go Majestic to schedule our excursions. His attention to detail was outstanding, finding us at restaurants, on the beach or by the pool to make sure we were enjoying our time, made us feel very special. He was also informed that we were celebrating our anniversary and when we returned from lunch we found our room fully decorated for our special occasion. I can not say enough about the service we received. Juan Bernardo our pool guy, what a wonderful gentleman, he made sure we had clean towels each day and that we were taken care of, he really went above and beyond!! Tanayri from entertainment, what a bundle of fun energy, always had a smile on her face and I don't think she ever stops dancing. We had so much fun with her, she definitely loves what she does and she is the perfect fit for the job!!! Our bartenders were all wonderful, Omar, Angelo and one of our servers, Jonathon, what a great young man! He was so professional, paid close attention to our orders, drinks and overall experience. The food was excellent at each restaurant and we did not go away hungry from any of the restaurants.

Beautiful location. Great options. We loved our swim-up room. Very accommodating to our request. Prompt service. Friendly staff. Our butler Francisco went above and beyond to make our stay majestic and memorable. The entertainment team was the best. I loved Luisa, Delvin, Ramon, Orlando, and Stephanie.
