LIKED - The service and staff were very friendly and helpful overall, and professional. really enjoyed the personal butler to assist you with question or booking reservations for dinner, and just to check in on us. I liked how on check in there was someone to give you a general tour of the property. The facility was very clean!
SUGGESTIONS - I wish there was better signage for restaurant names and directions, we went to the wrong place (Sea &See instead Seaside) got our food and ready to sit and eat then the staff said we were at the wrong restaurant and we had to return our plates… we did not even know there were TWO restaurants on the beach. So that was embarrassing and awkward. Also, the QR code they advised us to use takes us to a link where restaurants are for Magestic Elegance while we were staying at Mirage… so how were we supposed to know? That said, food overall was okay.. some good some meh some saltyyyy (Italian pasta and soup was SO SALTY!)
Would have also liked that the cabana sheets and pillows on our swim up deck could/should be washed before guest use- lots stains. And curtains clips were broken too. So couldn’t really pull blinds. Lots of limestone mildew on the jacuzzi jets too.
But overall it was relaxing. And we appreciated the free upgrade in room.
