Good overall. Only real issue was when checking in the desk attendant asked us to sign what she said was "just the no-smoking policy", but which actually contained a bunch of info about rights we're waiving, the hotel's liabilities, and also a clause confirming that they can take money from our account if something goes wrong. Strikes me as misleading to hand that off as "just the no-smoking policy". The document was also dated to two-days before our check-in which was sketchy, since it could potentially allow them to charge us for things that happened before we got there. I changed the date on it, and everything ended up fine, but just pay attention to what you're signing.
