At 4am I needed to reserve a room. While standing at the front desk I booked online because the price was better. Turns out that at 4am you can only book for 3pm check in that same day. So I had to rebook with the hotel so they could allow us into a room at that time. I was told by the front desk to ask for a refund from the hotels. com and I did submit the request immediately. The booking agency attempted several times to reach the manager. After we were gone the hotel manager denied the refund. So we paid twice to check in at 4am and leave at checkout time. With other great options we will never stay again!
