Scam for a dirty room
First of all everytime I book thru these people they scam you thru the website one of two ways they mess up your booking date or Change the type of room. This time it was the date last time on New Year’s it was the room. Both times I got dropped off you get to the counter and quite naturally they don’t see my confirmation number in the computer. So I call them they put you try 1000 prompts all to say “great news we can change that booking for you? And let me put you on hold to see if I can get the penalty removed 5 minutes go by all for them to say they couldn’t do it. I called two different people and text on they all did this exact same thing. so then they let you know that it’s a $42 up charge. If you agree to that they put you on hold again and come back and tell you they don’t have any rooms at the rate that you book yours at 80 more dollars keep in mind this is a $85 room I reserved. so after two hours of being on the phone letting them know that me, my wife and my infant is stuck outside in a cold. Could they please change it or will be homeless for the night and they said sorry it was nothing they can do so They were perfectly fine with me and my family sleeping outside. so I finally took my last money and they agreed to do it for the $42 up charge all for me to wake up the next morning and see a pair of socks at the foot of the bed under the sheets, which means me and my wife and child stayed in a dirty bed
