Front desk check-in was very UNWELCOMING. He was not friendly at all. No smile and Never welcomed us to the property. I couldn't wait to leave the counter and get to my room. Check-out young lady was not so pleasing either. No smile and never said thank you for staying with us.

Disapointed.
Unexplained extended power outage followed by no hot water in the morning. “Travel is a privilege.” Glad my wife wasn’t in this trip.

The receptionist (short male, approximately in his 30-40's) was a bit rude and the questions he was asking felt intrusive. He fixed his attitude once I matched his rudeness. I was also initially given a room that reeked of cigarette scent. It was very unpleasant and I had to drag my luggage all the way down to the front desk again. The room I received after was good, but was also a bit musty. Finally, the hotel's wifi is absolute trash.

Hmmm
Check in was easy, staff were friendly. Coming for a business trip, I was excited to put my feet up after a day full of travel and work. Upon falling asleep, I was woken up by my neighbors talking at a normal volume. And moving their luggage around their room. The walls are very thin. In the morning, I let the water run for 35 minutes before giving up as the water never got hot or even warm enough to refresh myself.

Upon arrival, the hostess was very nice and greeted me accordingly. She explained every thing that I needed to know. The establishment was well maintained and very clean, that includes the parking lot, the lobby, and the hallways. Upon entering the room, it was very clean and smelled good and the bed was comfortable. Only issue I had was the toilet not working properly but it was late so there was no maintenance available and I couldn’t move to another room because they were booked up. Eventually, the toilet fixed itself I guess. Also had a problem with the lights blinking. Other than the few issues, it was a pleasant stay!
