Vaz and his staff were excellent. Just one Issue at check in but l hold Expedia responsible for this . With an extra effort from , and l apologize l have forgotten her Name,the very accommodating and helpful lady at check in and Vaz going the extra mile at check out the problem was solved . They are in the middle of some Renovations but nothing that should interfere with staying here. I caught them in the middle of the week of the Big Horse Sale in town and they were busy accommodating extra requests and inquiries. It was a little chaotic at my check in but they handled it better than most would have . I would return and stay again.

Very friendly and kind people, southern hospitality! They accommodated me and gave me great recommendations for a local restaurant. Rooms are clean and new and they have new beds and TVs. Wonderful stay and I will return!

Awesome staff, went beyond what I expected, very friendly and courteous. Rooms are clean and newly renovated, this property is awesome and it’s located on the old Chanute Air Force Base!

The pictures on the website are not of this hotel. It is an old military facility that has been converted. Everything was extremely dated. There weren’t curtains on the windows, just thin blinds that didn’t keep out the security lights. The window unit was extremely noisy. We weren’t able to sleep at all. The property manager/owner was nice, but clearly overwhelmed.

The owner and staff were outstanding. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. They served a typical complimentary breakfast, but went above and beyond by serving fresh fruit and freshly ground coffee from a local roaster. Their hospitality and special touches made our stay a very positive experience! We’ll be back!
