Property was just lovely. Room was excellent. Very comfortable. Great shower. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Restaurant for dinner was delicious. Ten minutes from Cruise Terminal. Able to schedule a shuttle for 15euros/pp. excellent service! Would highly recommend !

The location was difficult to get to and there are very few taxis in Ravenna. The front desk staff was not helpful in getting us a taxi to the hotel or to our cruise ship. Overall it was a very frustrating and unpleasant stay. And the "free wifi" did not work AT ALL. No one seemed to care when I brought this to their attention.

Great place to stay
Very Plesant staff. There was a wedding so dinning was not an option so had to go elsewhere. Rooms were nice & roomy.

Amazing service
Our stay was great! The staff were helpful. We arrived in the train station late at night and no taxi available to go to the hotel. We called the hotel if they can help us. Antonio (hope we got the correct name :) ) sent their company driver and picked us up in the train station. The hotel was clean, and the food was great!
