We were so pleased with this hotel. Were able to check in earlier for a reasonable fee which helped tremendously because we hadn't slept in like 24 hours. Room was was more spacious then I expected, charming lobby/reading rooms and delicious breakfast. Located near some great restaurants and a nice walk to all the shops, etc. Fantastic!

Awesome hotel, very trendy and close to downtown. The restaurant in the hotel amazing and reasonably priced. So was the hotel. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful view in a quiet hotel
We arrived earlier than check in and planned on just leaving our bags, but the incredibly friendly and polite team found a room that was already available to us Walked right past the elevator at first….seems very well disguised but found our room which was incredible. Really spacious with a great view of the harbour. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. Our room was an “accessible” room so no idea if all bathrooms are the same, but we found it to be great. The hotel is quiet, you don’t get to hear all the other guests and reasonably clean. The towels are a bit rough, but that’s the only negative We loved our stay and will be back

The hotel is next to the old harbor making it a minute from whale watching trip excursions. It is close to the bus stop and walking distance to several other sites and museums. Highly recommend.

While the hotel was in a nice part of the city, the accommodations did not meet our needs. The customer service was not there, the room service was not good because our towels were not refreshed daily, the noise was awful - you could hear every footstep and door shutting, the thermostat did not work properly and the room was overly hot all night, the smell in the bathroom was strange and didn’t feel fresh. And worst of all the bedding was small and scratchy. This hotel was rated 4 stars online but I wouldn’t give it more than a 2.
