The hotel is 1/2 of what was a really nice place right at the gate o Kings Dominion. They was no place to eat for 10 miles down a major highway. The bed was a king bed that my husband end up in the middle of the bed while I was on the egde. It was clean

Worth it
The room was clean and the service was good. If you’re looking for a quiet clean place to sleep, it’s worth it. If you’re looking for luxury, probably not where you wanna stay.

Nothing, except staff are lazy and unprofessional. They dont even clean room, even after we personally asked them too. I get that for low price, not expect much from a motel but even after we requested, several times, they still don’t do their job

Served its purpose, staff was friendly.
Front desk staff were nice and welcoming for the most part. Check in was very quick once it was my turn in line as they were very busy at check in but handled it well. Room okay, close to the ice machine so that helped off set there not being a fridge so that was nice. Nice, well kept landscaping and playground and whatnot. Toilet seat looked a bit scary, as did the bath tub. Unsure as to of how well it was cleaned judging by how it looked. All in all room certainly served its purpose for the night and was simply hassle free. Hotel room smelled/felt a bit damp as I would describe it but this seemingly went away once I cut the lights on and turned on the AC for a bit.

We stayed 2 nights. After first night we came back to find that housekeeping picked up our towels off the floor, folded them and put them back on the shelf. We were asked by front desk if it was ok to not clean the room because they were short handed. We said it was fine but we just needed clean towels. They did everything else like make up beds and empty trash but then did that with the towels.

Ok trip
Good value for money. Front desk service could use some improvement. Very annoying to try to ask questions with an annoying text ringer going off on the clerks phone. Would stay again
