Wonderful property with a fabulous swimming pool
We (a family of six) have just spent a week at Via Montescudo, 126 and had a fabulous time. The house is great, plenty of room and charming throughout. The jewel in the crown is the swimming pool, of course - we spent many a happy hour in the water, on the sunbeds and chilling in the cabin. Then there is the town of Rimini itself, which was a revelation to us: wonderful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, buildings, streets - it has it all. We found the simplest way to get to it from number 126 (and back) was to phone for taxis and we used Radio Taxi Rimini (0541 50020) all week - very efficient, quick and reliable. Finally, a word must go to Maurizio Pironi: the nicest owner you could wish to meet - as well as being accessible (WhatsApp is his preferred contact mode), helpful and an all round good guy. La casa è meravigliosa e perfetta per le vacanze
Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti tutti molto benvenuti. La casa è grande e perfetta per 8 persone. La piscina è fantastica e si sta veramente bene. C‘era spazio sufficiente per fare pranzo fuori e anche per stare seduti vicino a la piscina. Non è lontano della spiaggia e c’è un supermercato vicinissimo. Raccomandabile

Eine Woche in Rimini
Das Haus war sehr sauber, gross, schön & angenehm eingerichtet. Wir hatten leider beim buchen ein Missverständnis mit dem Vermieter doch konnten uns zusammen auf eine Lösung einigen. Nicht selbstverständlich & für das sind wir sehr dankbar. Wir würden immer wieder gerne dort hin gehen, wenn wir nach Rimini gehen würden. Grazie Maurizio!

Perfect place
We had a great stay and enjoyed it a lot. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The house itself was very spatious and the yard was very pleasant as well. The highlight of the property was however, the pool. Large with clean water, we had a hard time getting kids out of itas they had so much fun.

Lækkert pool område, men desværre levede huset ikke op til vores forventninger og prisen. Der var ikke nok køkkenservice (3 kaffekopper, et vinglas - det er ikke nok når der er plads til 8 personer og vi har lejet til 8 personer). Dårlige stole, både inden og udendørs. Senge i lav kvalitet og wifi virkede kun i stuen. Køkkenet var virkeligt svært at arbejde i og meget vanskeligt at lave mad selv. Det varme vand løb hurtig tør, så der var maks 2 personer der kunne komme i varmt bad - det er ikke godt nok når prisen var det den var. Poolområdet var super, med lækre solstole og hyggeområde så det var godt og det var poolen absolut også.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool.
Das Haus ist leicht in die Jahre gekommen hat jedoch keinen nagativen Einfluss. Küchenaustattung sollte überdacht werden. Wir hatten trotzdem sehr viel Spaß. Super hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Danke Maurizio!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa proprietà in un gruppo di 6 ragazzi (30 anni età media) per 4 giorni e 3 notti. L'immobile è veramente bello, ampio e dotato di ogni comfort (piscina, palestra, doppio barbecue, aria condizionata in ogni stanza, cucina fornitissima di ogni utensile ed elettrodomestico). Il Sig. Maurizio è davvero una brava persona ed un ottimo padrone di casa, si è reso infatti da subito disponibile per ogni evenienza e (anche prima del nostro arrivo) fornendoci ogni informazione utile. Unica nota che mi sento di lasciare per i prossimi inquilini è riguardante la posizione dell'immobile, la quale, infatti, non permette di raggiungere il mare a piedi, ma per le nostre esigenze non ha davvero influito in alcun modo sul soggiorno. Sicuramente torneremo!
