Belonging to "La Magali", authentic residence from 1925 and oldest house on the boulevard des Murènes with a certain cachet, our apartment is located in San Peire, main beach of Les Issambres, in the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

Its location is very privileged because located in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 2 steps from the heart of the village and all shops, restaurants and amenities (including the sea shuttle to Saint Tropez, from the marina ).
It allows you to leave, during the whole stay if you wish, the car on the adjacent private and closed parking and to move on foot.

It is a T3 on the ground floor of 46 m², which has a lot of charm with a recent interior with decoration and neat furniture, in a comfortable and modern space, and which remains entirely independent (not overlooked, access autonomy).
It has 2 bedrooms: an adult bedroom with a double bed, and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
Its living room consists of a kitchen area (with dishwasher and household appliances) and a dining-living room area (81 cm flat screen). The bathroom, completely redone, completes the interior equipment of the accommodation made available to holidaymakers.
The 100m² enclosed outdoor space is made up of 2 tree-lined terraces, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue, for convivial meals and evenings.

the perfect spot in a great location
My husband and I stayed at Villa Magali mid april 2018 and were very lucky to have an excellent weather, no heating needed. The property was exactly as represented: very attractive building from the 1920"s, steps away from the beach, restaurants and stores, truly an exceptional location. The ground floor apartment also enjoyed a private fenced yard with outdoors furniture. The interior offered practical furnishing, a well appointed kitchen with a large refrigerator and a full size stove with oven, a very functional bathroom with a large shower.The master bedroom is quite large, the second room has bunk beds ( the owner advertises for children ) I actually slept on the bottom bed and was quite comfortable even at 5'8". An extra advantage is to have a private fenced parking space adjacent to the house. We truly enjoyed our stay and above all found the property's location absolutely ideal. Le Magali in Les Issambres.
Helpful agent (Sylvie) and relatives of the owner living in First Floor appartment: I had my suitcase stolen on the TGV train from Paris - St Raphael (probably at Toulon) - keep a very close watch on your luggage at intermediate stops. The need to take your own bedding and towels is irritating, especially if travelling from England; English pillow cases would not have fitted the big French pillows anyway! Les Issambres in September is lovely and quiet with the accommodation being approx 100metres from the sea and local shops. Le Magali needs to be equipped with leaflets/information about local facilities (eg there is a very good market on Monday mornings) and transport.It's the only accommodation we have ever stayed in ( 30+ years) of hiring cottages/houses/gites that does not provide this type of information.

Comfortable, quiet suite in a convenient location with charm and character.
We stayed here for five days in spring while the weather was still chilly at night and not too busy yet. Didier was terrific about responding to our enquiries and organizing our arrival despite being the off-season. The suite is just like it appears in the photos and most everything we needed was there. Off street parking, wifi and heating were really appreciated. It is very close to the lovely beach, shops, restaurants and access to the main road for day trips to the surrounding area, yet it is a quiet street. The neighbourhood (including the neighbours) is charming and pretty with gardens over the walls and mature trees.

Agréable séjour
Le descriptif de la maison est un peu flatteur. Le sèche-cheveux indiqué dans le descriptif n'existait pas. Aucun arbre n'est planté dans le jardin décrit comme arboré. Le pin parasol du parking fournit de l'ombre le matin dans un des coins du jarfin. Heureusement, il y a plusieurs parasols. Sinon la maison est confortable et bien équipée, idéale pour passer un bon séjour.
