I got in @ 2:00am and there was literally not one parking place. I drove all around your facility. Luckily someone just happen to pull out and I was able to park but it was clear on the backside far from my room. Not happy with that. More parking is needed.

Check-in was fast and courteous. When the hotel couldn’t provide the service we were planning on they were quick to provide multiple options and honestly exceeded my expectations in making it right.

I reserved a non-smoking accessible room and prepaid to guarantee that I received such a room. When we arrived it was quite obvious that the room had been smoked in and the smell was overpowering; we were told that while we were away at dinner this would be taken care of and deodorized somehow. However, when we returned it seemed that nothing had been done and the smell of smoke was almost unbearable. I have an 89-year-old mother who suffers from COPD and two grandchildren who suffer from asthma as well as three adults with allergies who suffered through the entire night from the overpowering smell of smoke. It was probably the most disappointing stay I have ever had for an expected non-smoking room. I was also told that they would contact Expedia to issue a refund and I have seen nothing in the way of a refund from anyone.

Room was not ready upon check in. Staff told us we could leave our luggage in room while they fixed the window however we did not feel comfortable. Staff offered an alternate room which was very dirty , crusty food on carpet, hair and paper on bathroom floor.

The filthiest room I’ve ever experienced. Checked in during the evening, it was pouring rain, I was traveling with kids and an elderly father. Nearby hotels had high occupancy, otherwise I would have left. Be warned!!!! I’m very surprised to see the great reviews on here. The positive reviews is the reason why I chose this hotel bs others. Pick another hotel if you value your health. The hotel room was unsanitary.

There were cockroachs in the room we were staying in. The bath tub faucet leaked and wallpaper around tub was peeling up. But everything else seemed good.
