Book now and enjoy the summer! Accommodation Ideal chalet for family or friends' vacations, with access to a private lake. Master bedroom with queen bed, lake view, and private bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed and shared bathroom!! Basement with large bedroom, 2 bunk beds (2 doubles and 2 singles), and 1 inflatable queen bed for additional guests. Amenities: a spa with breathtaking views, volleyball court, private beach, billiards, foosball, board games, and bar. Other points to note -IMPORTANT: -All guests must fill out a pre-registration form via an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent upon booking confirmation.

-The verification steps require the guest to fill out contact information, a valid ID, and an authorization for the $800 security deposit hold.

Please note that the $800 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card and will be released 7 days after departure if no damage has been done to the property.

Smoking inside the chalet (including vaping) is prohibited. Please note that the guest will receive a $250 fine if they smoke indoors.

Other points to note:
-Compliance with the house rules described here is an essential condition of the vacation rental contract. Failure to comply with the aforementioned rules may result in sanctions, including withholding amounts from the security deposit.

-Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is enforced, and the tranquility of the place must be respected at all times.

-A penalty of $125+tax per night per additional person will be withheld.

SPA:
-The SPA is accessible all year round. The use of glassware in or near the space is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit.

SMOKING:
-Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the chalet. $250 fine for smoking indoors. Dispose of cigarette butts properly in the ashtray provided on the deck. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

PETS:
-Pets allowed (2 max) with $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. All our chalets guaranteed allergen-free. Pets must refrain from being on sofas and sleeping in beds. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine deducted from the security deposit.

NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD
-Please note that it is important to keep quiet and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nocturnal tumult;

VISITORS
-Any additional visitor must be approved in advance during the booking process and is subject to additional fees, as indicated in the price.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
-Please report all damages and breakages to the property manager promptly. Failure to comply with this instruction may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. To avoid damages and breakages, furniture must not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.

COMPLIANCE
-The owner/manager may terminate occupancy and expel guests/visitors for non-compliance or disturbing neighbors/residents of the neighborhood.

Magnifique emplacement et vue dans très beau chalet
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Peut-être laisser une pelle car à notre arrivée, il neigeait et les marches avaient besoin dùn coup de pelle. Mon mari a nettoyer avec une petite pelle que ma fille avait dans son auto. Il n'y avait pas de rouleau d'essuis-tout de rechange et celui qui était dans la cuisine était presque terminé. Et à part le chauffage manquant dans la salle de bain principale, tout était très bien. Magnifique emplacement avec une vue superbe. Nous le relouerions avec plaisir.
