Quiet, comfortable and warm!
Renovations were going on inside the hotel- these did not phase my stay. The cleaner and desk clerk were very accommodating and got me a kettle for my usual morning tea. He also sorted the tv. I was given a room choice- upstairs or down and it was warm and clean so very comfortable for my stay. Very much paying for what you get but would recommend if needing to be close to Salford. Plus the desk clerk knew a taxi man that gave me a great deal when travelling to see my daughter further towards Manchester City centre!

It was awful dark outside building made us very nervous as looked derelict on website stated was 1.9 miles from old trafford but was more of 4miles not sure if building is in process of being updated but room wasnt like pictured was awful took pictures as was so shocked

Dirty rooms, thread bare carpets and black mold
We had to wait outside for 10 minutes for someone to answer the doorbell at 5pm. When then went to our room which had worn carpets and mold in the bathroom. The bathroom didnt have any toilet rolls. We were woken up at 2am by someone ringing the doorbell 8 x times before they were let into the building and again at 5am someone pressed this 3 x times before been let in. The room was not fit for a family due to thread bare carpets and black mold in the bathroom. See pictures attached

Place was nothing like described in their advert. Dirty. Bathroom floor covered in water. I think my £34.83 should be refunded as we had to go to a different hotel.
