The towels are bed linen were dirty. The floors were really soft feeling like they were going to collapse. Strange people were hanging around the hotel, no elevator. The pictures served it due justice because this hotel catfished us. Uncomfortable stay won’t return.

The room we had offered no bathroom door..it was noisy smell of weed garabage all on grounds broken dangerous pinic area for smokers ice machine threw ice all over floor ..bed was super comfy room was small but cute

Cash deposit not returned at checkout
Ordered room online as I've done many times before. Get to the establishment and check in, everything is great until the guy tells me I have to leave a $100 deposit in cash which I'll get back at checkout in the morning. An inconvenience but ok. I ask are you sure I will get my cash back at checkout and he said I would. Ok fast forward to 6:30am the next day I go to the front desk to checkout and retrieve my deposit. The new desk clerk tells me he can't return my deposit until after 9am (because the maid has to check the room) and I politely told him I'm leaving town now so that won't be possible. I asked if there was any other way for me to get my deposit returned and he say no. I asked if he could check my room which was right down the hall from reception and he said no. I asked if I could speak to someone over him and he said there wasn't anyone. Now in my experience, hotels usually have an 1-800 number for customer complaints but he offered no number or solution to rectify my problem. To me he came off a little bit racist due to his demeanor towards me but I can't say for sure, however I can say I will no longer book this hotel due to this experience ...

Staff was wonderful and accommodating, they allowed me to switch rooms on my second day due drunken occurrences in the room above me. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything. But, the shower tiles/walls and tub were dirty with a man's dirty hand print on the shower walls, so I took a wash-up in the sink. The mattress cover was not clean because I always strip the beds and bring my own linen and pillows. The remote for the TV in the first room broken and the remote in the second just didn't work, so I am glad I had my laptop to watch Netflix while doing work. The decor was outstanding along with a tasteful complementary breakfast. Suggestions: housekeeping needs to do a thorough cleaning and not just the basics, to make sure EVERYTHING is up to the hotels standards. Thank you Candy for being understanding and accommodating for what was in your power.

Was so tired when I first arrived at 2:00 a.m. I only focused on the bed which was soft like sleeping on a cloud. But then when I woke and went to take a shower I was horrified at how nasty the shower was when I tried to tell front desk and ask for a manager. I got the excuse that she would not be in until the next day but would see what you could do to adjust my bill. Never heard another word from them. Will not recommend or stay again.
