Palm trees around the property are all dead. There’s a folding card table for a front desk. The lobby carpet is torn up and patched in other spots poorly. Our room was not ready at check in time and we had to sit around for 40 minutes till they found a serviced room for us. Our room was filthy, hand prints on all the glass and mirrors dirt and dust on all the furniture. The carpet had large stains in it. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Got to the hotel and the hotel was under renovations. The hotel didn't offer disounts of any sort and too late to switch hotels. We were in town for our sons Airforce Graduation for 3 nights and our schedule was very busy and hectic.

Under renovation - nothing functioned
The hotel is under renovation. Nothing was functional except the electricity. No pool, no lobby, bad tv channels, no hot water. The woman at the front desk did an amazing job of handling things and being polite. However, she didn’t resolve any of the issues or offer any sort of compensation. I’m actually very disappointed with hotels.com for misrepresenting the hotel. Maybe the owner or Marriot corporate should’ve shut down the hotel during the renovation. Overall, bad choice.

Hotel is very outdated. You can hear everything from other rooms and you can hear people walking everywhere.
