The no tell motel.
Upon check in found out about a security deposit undisclosed in the original listing on hotel.com, the first counter rep was extremely rude (bigger guy, slick hair, wears glasses) upon entry to the room discovered the door strike plate is malfunctioning due to the screws being stripped, informed the front desk rep and she looked at me like I did something (I’m just reporting it as a contractor by trade). The carpet after walking for a minute was extremely gross, could not walk around in socks. It was as dirty as walking on pavement. The shower has mold in the corners and needs reconditioning. The Ice machine is malfunctioning. This by far has been the worst experience at a hotel.

When we parked our car there was a police officer in someone room. Also there was like drunk people came by to check if they have availability. We have kids and it’s very unsafe.

Worst hotel stay ever . Do not let the photos mislead you . Curtains were stained , blankets with holes in them , faucet didnt work , huge gaps with the door , random screw holes all over the wall and furniture. This place being called "deluxe " is the biggest joke I've experienced

The conditions of this property and my accommodations were deplorable!!! I wish I could give this establishment NO stars. The front desk clerk at check in was pleasant. She told me she wanted to give me "a good room". If my room was a good one, I would've loved to see the others. I have pictures to prove it!!! Upon entering my room, there was a funky stench. Thank goodness I traveled with my sleep spray. What I thought was a caterpillar or insect crawling on the headboard turned out to be a false eyelash. The furniture was ripped, the carpet was stained. Housekeeping made the bed the first day and put a dirty spread with a big hole in it on the bed. She came back later to bring clean towels and I was able to ask her to change the bedspread. The sink was never cleaned, I wear makeup and dropped some face powder. Back to the false eyelash- I peeled it off the headboard and put it on a napkin on the dresser, it stayed there for the duration. What happened to housekeeping!!? The furniture is rundown and scratched and the elbow door hinge was broken. I put a chair behind the door every night. I'm sure you're reading this and asking WHY DIDN'T SHE LEAVE!!? I had already paid out the you-know-what for this trip; round-trip flight, rental car, and 3-nights hotel stay. Rates at other hotels in the area were double!!!

there was foreign substances on the curtains that resembled semen, bugs in the room, and smelled strange- as well as holes in the walls. area looked unsafe and extremely noisy.
