First of all we stay 4 nights at Hampton inn by Hilton you should honor or go half with me as a Hilton honor member to give me my points staying at a Hilton. It’s ridiculous that I didn’t get my rewards/points just bec I went through Travelocity. I never knew I wouldn’t gotten my points.

You are not living up to Hilton moto.
Also your hotel smells bad in the lobby and through the halls to our room and the first room your service desk person put us in 402 really smelled bad like it was cold dam and moldy, 2nd room was tolerable but very cold, clamping and molding smell. I literally had to go buy air freshener bec housekeeping didn’t have any.
Also we booked through Travelocity not knowing I wouldn’t get my points for staying in at a HILTON and being a member of Hilton we booked a standard room thinking at least a microwave was in the room , but when I check med in hearing we are not getting a microwave or refrigerator, I even asked to upgrade ( I would pay for a better room with a microwave and refrigerator the agent wouldn’t let us this is unacceptable. Not living up to Hilton motto. So we went to buy a cooler to put ice in it. Finding the 4th floor ice machine was broke, than had to use the 3rd floor ice machine than last night had to use 2nd floor ice machine . Just a HUGE inconvenience.
I am hoping you will give me points to make up the inconvenience for the moldy smell, cold damp in the room for the 4 days we stayed there.
