Cleanest Hotel EVER
This hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. I’ve travelled abroad and even stayed at La Cantera in San Antonio, the cleanliness does not compare. The house keeping team deserves to be recognized for their amazing work.

Breakfast Buffett ran out of stuff quickly and often. Mediocre hot options. Not enough seating in dining area. Asked for every other day room service and they only came once during our 5 night stay. Incomplete coffee supplies in the room. Loud neighbors in surrounding rooms.

Disappointing
The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful and checked our luggage and put it in our room once it was available. The sheets and bedding were clean. However, the bathroom floor felt sticky and the shower wasn’t completely clean. There were not enough towels or washcloths for all of us and they could only provide pool towels. The next morning, we discovered there wasn’t a hair dryer. It took the front desk about 1.5 hours to be able to provide one. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and we could feel the springs. Breakfast was more than an hour later than the stated time. The staff were all very nice but we will not stay there again.

The room was spacious enough for our family 6. I like that the shower and toilet were separate rooms and each had a sink. There was even another sink, fridge, microwave and little area when you first walk in. The staff was friendly, I always saw a worker cleaning. We needed the room to sleep from all our activities it was close to six flags and about 15-20 minutes from the Alamo, and the frost bank center. The breakfast was great; had different options each day which was a surprise, the pool closes at 10, so we didn’t get to use it but it was indoors, I love that checkout was at 12 so I didn’t feel rushed getting us all out in the morning, they offer free deodarant, comb ect in case you forget it. They had extra blankets and towels for us, which a lot of hotels always say they run out. The bathroom doors didn’t lock but it was no big deal for us, overall I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Antonio.

It was just okay
We had booked a room with 2 queen beds, they gave us a room with 1 King bed without letting us know when we checked in. When I went back to ask about it they said the room we booked had air conditioning problems but didn’t adjust the amount we paid. Also the room we were put in didn’t have a working refrigerator and the microwave smelled like fish
