The staff was very helpful. The first night the AC was not coming on. The staff quickly found us another room. Getting your luggage in and out of the hotel is a big challenge from the parking garage.

You have to pay for parking 20 dollars a night across the street is cheaper theres no breakfast in the morning for the price the hotel is not as worth it

The property was as advertised, historic. The staff were nice the beds (mattresses) were average, the towels were thin and the television didn’t work the entire 3 days of our visit. We asked for a credit due to the lack of a TV.

It's a very dated hotel. Not much help from the front desk. Alarms were going on at 2:00 a.m. and not high-quality amenities.

I loved the history behind the property, the staff were well versed on the stories and legacy behind the hotel. Stacy at the front desk was really nice and friendly, she also gave me recommendations on where to eat. My only comments are that they do need to have more towels in the room and the fridge was not blowing too much cold air. There was a strange smell but I think it is because of how old the hotel is. I don't see these as total deal breakers it truly just adds to the charm of it all. I felt like I was stepping into a completely different time period.

Parts of our truck got stolen from parking. No tv remote, phone didnt work, jets in tub didnt work. Total waste of money. Ive stayed at several other hotels in the area at the same price point that are much nicer. The staff the day we left told us that the guy checking is in should have wanred us about the parking...

No Parking for Vehicles over 6’7”,,, no shampoo, no body wash, no conditioner, TV did not work, toilets are super small and OOOLD! Don’t really flush well.. We were about to walk out of our room at 10:59am and house keeping was already opening the door, plus they ask for $50 deposit which I hope I get back, and for the price I paid I could of gotten something way nicer with the money I had to pay for parking!!!! I will never stay there again in my life!
