Right on the River Walk. Staff exceptional. Valet parking pricy, but provides car security and service quickly provides car when needed. Request view of River Walk.

Check in is very late in day. 4pm. Lobby is cute and remodeled but rooms are not. We got someone else’s 3AM wake up call but it was automated so we got to be awake for the rest of the night but someone else may have missed a flight. Asked for hour late checkout and the reply was “we aren’t doing any late checkouts” on a Sunday… an hour wait nec to get vehicle from valley but nothing seems busy. The room was meh, rust and run down. The “riverfront view” was mostly of a parking lot.
